About us

First a bit of history: The church, originally called Swindon Family Church was 'planted' in Swindon in late '92, and began meeting in the Link Centre – West Swindon. As the church grew new venues had to be found, and for a number of years we even met at the County Ground Football Stadium. Then in February 2006 we finally moved into a more permanent base that we could call our own - the Trinity Centre in Westlea where we continue to meet today.

Church isn't the place - it's the people!

Gateway Church is made up of people from across the Borough of Swindon and beyond. We meet every Sunday at the Trinity Centre for worship and teaching; we also meet in small groups in various homes in the week.
