How The Church Functions

We believe the Bible teaches that the local church is a supernatural phenomenon, birthed by the Holy Spirit with the God given potential to be world changing. We see all that goes on in church as an opportunity to work with God and see his power affect our lives and the lives of those around us.

We believe that all born again Christians can hear from God and have been given various gifts to enable us to build up and equip one another within the church, and to be a blessing to our community and beyond.

Elders and Deacons

We believe the Bible teaches that ultimate responsibility for and government of the church is given to the elders, and that deacons serve the elders by serving the church. There are also many other leadership and serving gifts that we are very keen to see actively used throughout the church's life and work.
