Our Purpose - The reason we exist

Our Vision

Based on 1 Thessalonians 1: 7-8

'To be a continuously growing community of Christian believers, who are making a significant spiritual contribution, locally, nationally and internationally.'

This means...

• We will have a constant flow of people being saved, baptised in water, filled with the Holy Spirit and added in to membership of the family of God's people.

• We will be actively involved in serving the community across Swindon through a variety of projects.

• We will be training, equipping and mobilising every member to reach their full God-given potential.

• We will always be open to receive people from, and send people to the nations.

• We will have a growing network of small groups spread across the Swindon area.

• We will have a facility that will serve our local needs as well as serving the wider region.

5 year goals...

• To move into a facility of our own and establish the necessary systems and teams so that it serves the vision well.

• To double our average attendance on a Sunday to at least 300 people.

• To double the number of small groups to approximately 30.

• To see 100% of our members participating in small group life.
